Airport collection was good. The representative waited hours while I tried to locate a missing suitcase and was still there when I finally came out. This is a true 5-star hotel with all the facilities that entails Lovely swimming pool. The staff were excellent especially the receptionists and the concierge and all spoke good English. Good wifi. My room was very quiet. A friend and I ate at the Oriental restaurant. The food was okay and there was local wine by the glass at reasonable cost. I liked that they were happy to wrap up the left overs for me to eat for lunch the following day.

Excellent helpful staff. I arrived early morning and staff offered an upsell to a suite. They managed to negotiate a discount so I opted for it. Suite was very nice and was happy to see 'Shattaf' in toilets. Staff were consistently helpful i.e. in arranging the tennis session at the Hilton. The hotel atm swallowed my card and staff made arrangements to have it returned the same day. The ambience in the lobby is attractive. Airport drop off was good and convenient.

Lunch at the Kitchen Restaurant was an absolute delight! The entire staff was warm and attentive, but it was Yalemwork who truly stole the show. Her service was nothing short of exceptional. She's a perfect blend of grace, professionalism, and genuine care. She elevated the entire experience, leaving a lasting impression that was simply unmatched.

Good location (a short drive from the airport and in a part of town which wasn’t under construction - huge parts of the city are massive construction sites). The staff were very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our evenings in the bar, which were lively.

Super nicely designed hotel in the center of Addis. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, rooms nicely designed with all amenities that one would expect. The hotel bar is buzzing on the weekends and always has a good crowd to catch up with. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Helped me out in several ways. The restaurants had interesting menus and good quality food at surprisingly reasonable prices.
